Robert started in the industry in 1988 and worked for two of the larger pest control companies gaining a wealth of knowledge before going out on his own. These early years provided him with the opportunities to manage large teams of pest control technicians as well as being exposed to all varieties of pests.
This time also presented him with the opportunity to trial many products and test methods in pest control and termite control. His years of experience give Robert in-depth knowledge of each species Greens Environmental Pest Control deals with and the way they need to be managed.
Robert holds formal qualifications in Urban Pest Management and specialises in Termite Management.

Jordan Watchman
Pest Technician
Jordan commenced with Greens in 2017 in a training capacity with Robert while undertaking his qualification and has held his formal qualification in Urban Pest Management since 2018. However, while growing up Jordan was dragged around to work sites during the school holidays so you could say his career in pest control started from quite a young age.
Being mentored post qualification is (and should be) an integral part of any pest controller’s development and being mentored by Robert affords him the wealth of his dad’s experience ensuring that he uses all the same methods and know-how.
Jordan has the same knack for finding termites as his dad and enjoys the challenge. He is polite and prepared to do what is needed to get the right outcome for all the customers he serves.

Sadie Watchman
Business Manager
Sadie has over 30 years of experience in various industries before joining the family business in 2017.
Sadie is an integral part of the Greens Environmental Pest Control Team managing the administration, marketing, advertising, and social media for the business. She enjoys discussing the unique requirements of our customers’ pest control and termite control needs whilst assisting in tailoring a pest control treatment specific to them.
Although she has been around pest control for over 20 years, she continues to learn from each pest control treatment recommended in this evolving industry to offer our customers the best possible service and advice.
Mia Watchman
Lunchtime Supervisor
Mia is our much-loved chocolate Labrador. She has extensive experience in morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea activities; however, she doesn't hold formal qualifications in Urban Pest Management since she is afraid of flies!!
